Future Automation provides subscription-based digital services, including AI agents, AI receptionists, chatbots, and automation systems.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider.
Subscription Payments
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
By subscribing, you agree that:
Charges renew automatically unless canceled
You are responsible for managing your subscription
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to our systems, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be considered only if:
A written request is submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription charge, and
No significant usage or custom setup has been completed
After this period, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees, partial periods, or unused time.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
All refund decisions are made at our discretion and processed through Paddle.
